The Ministers present their Compliments to Sir H. Parkes —
On the 13th instant they received Sir H. Parkes' note informing them that he had received telegraphic information that, in consequence of an insurrection having occurred at Thi Chow, the Viceroy of the Two Kwang had applied to the Government of Hong Kong to take measures to prevent the insurgents obtaining supplies
